Welcome to Island Sol Collective, a sanctuary where the warmth of the sun and the rhythm of the ocean come together to create a truly unique yoga experience.

Here, we don’t just practice yoga—we embrace the flow of life, inspired by the tides, the sun, and the natural beauty of the island. Island Sol Collective was born out of a desire to reconnect with nature and ourselves. We believe that yoga is more than just a practice—it’s a journey of exploration, growth, and deep connection. Whether you’re a local seeking a place to ground yourself or a visitor looking for a transformative experience by the sea, you’ll find your space here.

  • Tabby has always been a creature of nurture. Breathing life and love into others seemed to be her reason for existence. She soon realized her heart was running on low and she needed to fill her own cup. And, that is where her yoga journey began 12 years ago. After her own awakening with healing power of yoga on and off the mat, she knew she needed to share this enlightenment with others. While opening her heart to teaching yoga she also realized students were benefiting more from her hands-on classes, where she offered small adjustments to poses, and this is when she started diving into bodywork therapy. She took the leap to become a massage therapist in 2016. She uses a blend of modalities to provide individualized sessions, depending on the needs of each client. This is truly her art. Seeing first hand her clients leaving not only rejuvenated and relaxed but with little to no pain or disfunction is the complete mind-body connections to help heal physical and emotional battles.

When Tabby is not providing bodywork, you can find her with her family and friends, reading, gardening, stand up paddle boarding and horse back riding. She is a lover of outdoor adventure and travel, and all that nature has to provide us!

She cannot wait to share Island Sol and cultivate a beautiful community from the inside and out into the island!

  • I BEGIN TO FEEL MY HEART PULSING WITH DESIRE FOR LIFE AND LOVE. I BEGIN OPENING AGAIN BECOMING BRIGHTER AND BRIGHTER. SO MUCH SO THAT I HAVE THE ENTIRE UNIVERSES ATTENTION. THE VIBRATIONS THAT MOVE THROUGH US WHEN WE DO THE THINGS THAT WE LOVE ARE UNDENIABLY IMPOSSIBLE NOT TO LOOK AT. WE PULL IN WHAT WE LOVE TO BLOSSOM AND GIVE THAT BEAUTY AWAY.

The practice of yoga to me is something that Is ever changing but is always there for me. My highest levels of expressions come through yoga at times. It breathes life into me, opens my body up, moves emotion around, stretches and strengthens, releases walls put up in my mind and shows me how to love myself and feel good in my body.

Movement has always been and always will be essential. We need the boost in circulation to help our organs and systems function optimally and allow blocked emotions and energy to release. The results of movement can be profound but when you add mindfulness to it you excel to another level. Yoga feels like magic when you practice but it’s actually logic. Everything that blossoms from this practice will amaze you at first but then you realize that it makes perfect sense that it makes you feel, speak, operate, love and move the way that you do.

I am so excited to meet you and share some of the beautiful and powerful ways yoga and meditation can enrich life. See you soon!

  • I continue to be a lifelong learner and have a BA and a MAED in Adult Education. I have been in many careers, which include Art/Photography, Social Work and Education.  From all of these careers I have been teaching in some way whether through coaching, advising and or facilitating.  I have dedicated a big part of my life to support my husband’s career in the Marine Corps and working with Active-Duty Service Members and Veterans. I am currently working on becoming a Breathwork Coach to continue to assist veterans with PTSD to find wellness and calmness in there after military lives.

Yoga has always been part of my physical activity and really anything from softball to kickboxing.  I started taking yoga seriously when a friend made me go to a Hot Yoga studio in San Diego, CA.  I fell in love and achieved my 200Hr YTT in Power Yoga. I consistently take classes and certifications to improve my knowledge.  Through this journey I had a spiritual awakening within myself and began liking how I felt. Yoga has become a daily routine for me.  It has taught me how to relax and gain a better understanding of how to meditate and become internally calm. I have become stronger, flexible, more self-confident. Yoga has changed my outlook on movement, peace and serenity.

I am very excited to meet you and share how yoga can enhance your wellbeing!

  • Isabel fell in love with yoga in the 90s but didn’t commit fully until 2019. In 2020, she recieved RYT200 through the Mandala Yoga Center YTT program and graduated in 2021. She completed her 300RYT yoga teacher training on Nov 1, 2025 through Triad Yoga Institute. Isabel’s passion is teaching yoga, and when she’s not practicing or teaching, she’s spending time with her husband, two wonderful children, animals, and friends. While raising her children and dedicating her life to supporting her husbands marine corps career, she worked 25 years in the dentistry industry and recently retired to pursue massage therapy. Isabel has been health and fitness focused since high school and participated in cross country and track, after that she ran every possible race from marathons to half marathons, spartan race, cycling instructor and aerobics instructor.

  • Dawn’s yoga journey began over a decade ago—almost on a dare. What started as a playful challenge quickly blossomed into a deep and enduring love for the practice. In early 2023, she followed her heart (and a touch of wanderlust) to Mexico, where she completed a transformative 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.
Today, Dawn brings her joyful energy and grounded wisdom to every class she leads. She sees yoga as more than just movement—it’s a path to strength, balance, and navigating life’s twists and turns with grace. Her mission is to share the tools yoga offers, both on and off the mat, so every student feels empowered, supported, and inspired.
Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or you’re a seasoned yogi, Dawn creates a welcoming space where you can grow, breathe, and connect.
✨ Come for the stretch, stay for the soul.

  • Free spirit, small business owner and lover of movement, travel and beach life.

I am so fortunate to have completed my 200hr YTT in Bali. It was an amazing and challenging immersive program with traditional training from a lead instructor from Rishikesh. I am beyond grateful for that experience.

I’ve played sports since I was a kid so have always loved being active. My fitness journey has evolved over time from softball and track to field hockey and lacrosse to spinning instructor and long distance cyclist to half marathons and has expanded to include yoga instructor. Through this fitness journey I have recognized the need to focus on functional mobility and the importance of calming the mind. Yoga has given me both of those things and am excited to share that with others.

My goal is to inspire others to move their bodies and have fun while doing it.
