Join Bryson for Men’s Yoga- a basic Hatha-style class designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery. This class is a no-pressure, no-pretzel yoga experience focused on flexibility, mobility, and stress relief. We will move with the breath, stretch out tight muscles, and help you feel better in your body! Expect simple, effective movements paired with breathing to reduce stiffness, improve posture, and help your body move more freely.
