Join Bryson McLean for a 4 week Men’s Yoga series- a basic Hatha-style class designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery. This class is a no-pressure, no-pretzel yoga experience focused on flexibility, mobility, and stress relief. We will move with the breath, stretch out tight muscles, and help you feel better in your body ! Expect simple, effective movements paired with breathing to reduce stiffness, improve posture, and help your body move more freely. Every Thursday in February from 7:15-8:15am.
