Join Us at Carolina Home and Gardens Green Room for a lil PUPPY Love. Yoga will be led by our very own Island Sol Instructor Bryson McLean. All proceeds go to The Carteret County Humane Society.

Unroll Your mat and get ready for the happiest yoga class ever! Puppy Yoga blends gentle, all-level yoga with playful puppies roaming freely throughout the session. Expect tail wags, surprise snuggles, and plenty of laughter as you move, stretch, and unwind. It's the perfect mix of relaxation, joy, and puppy love.

Puppies joining us are adoptable from the Human Society.

Bring your own mat if you can. We will have a few on hand if you do not have your own.
